Children's Church

Children's Church is held in 'The Edge' (South building) every Sunday morning during the 11:00 a.m. service and is for children 4 years of age through the fourth grade.  During Children's Church, we strive to teach the children what it is like to be in "big church" so that when the time comes they are ready to worship with their parents   We have structured our program to closely resemble a "regular" church service.  We use the 'Elavate' worship material and start the morning off with announcements (and rule time) followed by prayer and offering.  We then worship in song together.  However our songs are very interactive and you will find your children singing them and trying to perform the song motions even when they are away from church.  After we sing, Mr. Paul preaches a sermon using words and lessons the children can understand (your children will love interacting with Mr. Paul, who himself is just a big kid)!  Parents are welcome to come to children's church with their children to "check out" our program.

We have also have a Children's Church for children 2 years old and 3 years old in the yellow nursery room.  It uses the 'Elavate Junior' series to teach the younger kids as it is geared for the younger child and caters more to their needs. It also prepares the 3 year olds for the bigger Children's Church in the 'The Edge'. It is also held during the 11:00am service and parents are more than welsome to stay and 'check it out'.
